Pizza Pie

This post is for Rosalee and Carter face. 

We saw you two having fun together in Logan, so we decided to have some fun in Houston.

But we sure do wish we could have all been together!

(Speaking of, we seriously need to plan a reunion)
ANYWAY- this is Heidi and Seth.
Heidi was my MTC buddy and college roommate.
Her and her husband Seth now live in Houston in a beautiful house... that we like to go visit.
We didn't make Bulgarian nor Polish food-
but an American favorite, pizza!

 We pulled everything out of their fridge and used whatever we could find.
Thus our pizza has marinara sauce, BBQ sauce, alfredo sauce, and pesto.

 AND loads of toppings :)

 Then brushed the edges with garlic butter.
Wow.
Delicious.

Rosalee and Shaundra- we miss you guys!
Come move to Houston!

C'mon Stros!!

For all the cheering we did last night for our dear ol' Astros-
they couldn't pull out a win against the San Diego Padres.
Dang it.
But we sure had a good time!
My cousin, Scott and his wife Crystal, are in town this weekend apartment hunting!
That's right- we're getting some family taking our advice and moving out to Texas :)
(It helps that he was offered an awesome job, too...)

As we were walking into the park- we mentioned to each other how we need cheap Astros t-shirts...
and (speak of the devil) as we walked in- they were handing out FREE t-shirts!

Sometimes you gotta dance...

So I watched this video on YouTube yesterday...

It's a Baptist congregation that got together in downtown Houston for one of those flash mob dance things (which by they way are SOOO cool and it's my lifelong ambition to be in one!) and then they donated all their shoes to kids in need.
My favorite is the old man at 4:17... so cute.

Pretty cool.

Feeling a little inspired....

I then found MYSELF dancing in the living room.

But let's be honest,

Finally!

It's true-

It finally happened.

For some it happens before they're born- but for us... it took 26 years.

You can now call us- Uncle Jon and Aunt Amelia :)

 This perfect little boy was born yesterday.

Congrats Jordan and Mandee!

We're now on a quest to become favoritest aunt and uncle :)

And You Thought SANTA Was Bad Enough...

Every kid needs that picture of them crying and screaming with Santa Claus...

Santa is a pretty scary guy, I will admit.

But every kid does NOT need their pic with the a gigantic Easter Bunny that probably wants to eat you!

(that's my interpretation of this picture...)

Who thought up this business venture anyway?

All I see in my head is maniacal crying children running away as their parents chase them around trying to persuade them to take their picture with the killer bunny.

I'm almost 26 and that Easter Bunny creeps ME out!
